The end of the school day can quite often be extremely busy and it can be challenging for us to coordinate collection and home transport options, especially if they vary day by day. We have therefore created an online form which will be sent out to all parents at selected stages of the academic year.

The form enables all parents to inform the school of collection arrangements at the end of each day. The options are as follows:

• After School Club
• Coach (for children in possession of a travel pass issued by Cambridgeshire County Council)
• Collection (parent/nominated adult)

The data will be collated and printed off every Monday at noon, so we would be grateful if you complete the options before this time so that we know what transport options you have planned for your child for that week. We do understand that there are times when circumstances change at short notice; if this does happen, please feel free to contact us by phone (01832 710383) or e-mail (office@brington.cambs.sch.uk).

If you wish your child to be collected by a relative or to go home with another child, please call or email the School Office with details and to confirm your consent.

We will send out a reminder at the end of each half-term for parents to submit their options for the following half-term. The link to the online form can be found here: ONLINE FORM
