The end of the school day can quite often be extremely busy and the addition of staggered collection times has made it even more challenging for us to coordinate collection and home transport options. We have therefore created an online form which will be sent out to all parents at selected stages of the academic year.
The form enables all parents to inform the school of collection arrangements at the end of each day. The options are as follows:
The data will be collated and printed off every Monday at 12pm, so we would be grateful if you complete the options before this time so that we know what transport options you have planned for your child for that particular week. We do understand that there are times when circumstances change mid-week; if this does happen, please feel free to contact us by phone (01832 710383) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will send out a reminder at the end of each half-term for parents to submit their options for the following half-term. The link to the online form can be found here:
