Wednesday 25th March

Wednesday 25th March 2020

Good Morning – please remember to take part in the blog at least 3 times a week.  You can just send a brief ‘Good Morning’ message if you have nothing to ask or share on that day.  Thank you.

Morning Maths Task (approximately 20 mins)

Complete the morning maths task number 61 which is already in your pack.

I am sure that you are already used to this routine but if you would like to share your answers, add them to the class blog after 10.00 am to give all of us time to answer them before the answers go up.

Reading (approximately 20 mins)

Use your Read Theory account.  Try to answer as accurately as you can.  You should be able to complete at least tree texts in this time.  If you struggle to get onto the website just spend some time reading your own book.

Maths Lesson (approximately 45 mins)

Follow the link below.  Select and watch the video for lesson 3 – introducing the ratio symbol

https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-6/

Then answer the questions on the worksheet on the same website.

You will see that the answer sheet is also available!

Please answer the questions before you use the answer sheet to mark them!

Please remember to blog if you need to ask any questions.

MFL - French

Mrs Kiernan has produced a fantastic powerpoint which includes some revision of things you have already been taught, together will some new learning.

I will attach it at the end of this page.  Take the time to listen carefully by clicking on the sound buttons and following the instructions.  Who knows – perhaps you can teach some French words to some of your family?

I hope you have all enjoyed the learning today.
