For Science this afternoon I would like you to do some research into healthy eating. To do this you need to complete 3 tasks:
1. Weigh out your recommended daily allowance of sugar (6 teaspoons). How much does it weigh?
2. Find the packets of some of your favourite snacks and identify how much sugar is in them.
3. For the next week, keep a food diary writing down everything you eat, and (if it has a packet) how much sugar is in that food.
