It's conversation time!
It is important to be able to share our feelings and be able to talk out what we are going through. Talk to your family members about how you are feeling during lock down. While you are talking try to think about these key questions:
What has changed in your daily routine?
How have you felt during lock down and have your emotions changed?
What is something that makes you happy during lock down
What is something that doesn't make you happy during lock down?
What could you do to help yourself and others during lock down?
What are you looking forward to doing when we get 'back to normal'?
