Good morning, lovelies, and welcome to the Summer Term!
I hope you've had a wonderful Easter and that you've been getting lots of fresh air and sunshine. We've been so lucky with the weather and it looks pretty good for the rest of this week, too. Why not see if you can take some of your learning outside?
I've had a lovely couple of weeks. The vegetable seedlings are getting bigger and I now have carrots, lettuce and spring onions to join the cucumbers, peppers and butternut squash. I've been working on my baking and cooking lots of meals from fresh ingredients. The mini Evans' are pleased about the baking but less impressed by the vegetables!!! I've been reading lots, too. My new favourite story is 'The Girl Who Speaks Bear' by Sophie Anderson. Have a look at the 'Reading' page on the children section of the website if you need any reading ideas...
I'm hoping to see you all back at school as soon as it is safe for us to return. In the meantime, I'm missing you all loads. Make sure you send me lots of messages on the blog!
