Brington C of E Primary School Parent Forum: Terms of Reference
The objective of the Brington C of E Primary School Parent Forum is to work in partnership with the school and improve communication between parents, teachers, Governors and the BSA (Brington School Association).
The regular two way communication will provide a channel for communication, feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Specific feedback and suggestions for improvement of:
Out of Scope
Items relating to specific pupils, specific parents or individual staff which should be discussed one to one with the relevant teacher, or Headteacher as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities of Parent Forum Members
4 x Parent Forum Representatives
2 x Governors
2 x BSA Representatives
2 x Teaching Team Representatives
Each class should have a Parent Forum Contact who feeds back to the Parent Forum Representatives.*
Meetings will be held at least half termly.
It is the responsibility of the chairperson to ensure that:
